Apartments e Rooms

The apartments are located in our ancient buildings, which have been restored paying great attention to every detail and trying to respect the original architecture: visible wood beams, cotto floors and centuries old stone beams have been preserved.
During the restoration works, we tried to combine modern comforts with the warmth of a well-loved and well-lived old place like this. In the same room, there often is an ancient fireplace and a radiant floor-heating system, old chestnut wood beams and comfortable parquet.
La Casina and La Torre (built inside a former Langobard tower) can easily host four people each, whereas Il Granaio has room for two people and the largest apartment Mirolago has room for six up to eight people.
All apartments have a large living room with a fireplace, a television, a kitchen or a cooking area. Each bedroom has a private bathroom and shower.

The second floor of the Casa Padronale hosts a single apartment. We call it Mirolago because of the great view you can enjoy from there.

Rooms ... The apartment is made up of three bedrooms with separate entrances. Each room can therefore be rented separately. The bedrooms are very roomy. Each one of them has antique furniture, a bathroom with a shower and a nice wardrobe area.
In addition to that, guests have access to the beautiful Mirolago living-room. They can relax on the sofas, use the kitchen, the dining room and the fireplace, enjoy the panoramic balcony (furnished with chairs and tables) and breathe some fresh air.
If You wish so, You can ask us to take care of Your breakfast, which will consists in home-made products such as jam and home-made cakes!

Prices 2006

All apartments have a kitchen, a fireplace and a TV; all bedrooms have a bathroom and a wardrobe area; all furniture is antique.
The price comprises fresh linen every week, heating, electricity and water consumption.
Breakfast is available on request and is usually made with our products.
Guests have free access to the panoramic heated swimming pool (6 x 12 m), which can be used from May to September.
You can also try our products, such as fresh fruit and vegetables, olive oil and Cinta senese charcuterie.
In October, You can collect chestnuts in the woodlands surrounding our place.
You can also have picnics in our large garden where a grill, a wood oven and fresh spring water are available.
The area suits perfectly activities such as trekking and hiking (on national CAI paths) and visiting art towns and museums.
Not far from our farm, all kinds of facilities are available: restaurants, small grocery stores, butcher shops, tennis courts, a laundry and other shops.

Soon available:

Starting from Summer 2005 we will host a wine-tasting room, an Internet point and a laundry. Mountain bikes will also be available for rental.
